INGREDIENTS OF POHA

2 cup pressed rice
2 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 pinches salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon turmeric
2 grams green chilli
8 leaves curry leaves
3 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon refined oil



FOR GARNISHING

2 sprigs coriander leaves
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds


FOR THE MAIN DISH

1 potato
1 handful raw peanuts
